CHAPTER 4

Trinity Street Coffee Bar opened doors November, 20 of 2017.  We wanted to expand our palettes to wine and spirits, making a hard-lined statement that Voltage Coffee Project was not limited to coffee.  We put our ear to the ground and listened to what Wise county was saying.  Decatur needed a community watering hole, a place where the whole family is welcome without sacrificing the mature offerings of more exclusive clubs.  They were tired of driving to South Lake or Denton, just to get a decent drink.

But that wasn’t all.  Decatur needed a place to gather and meet new friends.
